One of our co-founders is a former Clefs d'Or concierge who specializes in identifying long-term frontline staff through deep 1-on-1 behavioral conversations. He has had many years of HR customer service experience. His innate ability to ask questions that get to the heart of a personality and culture fit has not been reproducible.

Affordability

Let those other firms focus on15-22% of that big starting salary of the executive. We prefer to find the people that can make a real difference to your guests the moment they walk in the door. With the lower salary, we are also taking a lower percentage of just 10%. We are so confident in the staying power of our process, that you only pay half on the first day of hire, and the second half upon the 6-month anniversary of the hire.
